Bicyclist struck by vehicle dead in Queens

Police reported an e-bike rider was killed in a collision today. It happened around 7:30am on Northern Blvd and Honeywell Street. The driver of the vehicle, 2003 Chevy pickup truck, remained on the scene. As of 2019, there were 207 deaths related to traffic in NYC, an increase of 15% according to NYPD. Ongoing investigation.
