Best restaurant nationwide named in Queens

The USA Today, the largest newspaper nationwide, names Tootles and French as the best restaurant and it's located in Queens.

The Mexican inspired cafe with an extensive wine collection based in Astoria was launched a year and half ago.

The nomination was announced two weeks allowing all to vote and the winner's name was disclosed much to the owner's surprise.

Now new customers are flooding at the location to try out.
