Belt Parkway closed after tree hit vehicles

Police have closed off Belt Parkway eastbound by Springfield Blvd before Cross Island Parkway reporting a large tree fell on moving vehicles. NYC DOT enroute.
At the same time, in Brooklyn, there is a 4 foot sinkhole on Coney island Avenue and Avenue N with one vehicle down.
