Bellerose woman arrested as part of cocaine and heroin ring

On Tuesday, October 4, Nassau County police reported the arrest of 17 people and charged with running cocaine and heroin around Long Island and part of the border of Queens. The investigation started in May 2016 until September 2017 when all were arrested. They are Ashley Cumbo, 27 of Bellerose, Naeemah Smith, 37, Sandra Marseilles, 38, Emmanuel Lemite, 38 and Lyonel Beaubrun, 41, all of Rosedale, Jaksem Phileppe, 42 of Far Rockaway, Ebony Johnson, 36 and Musheer Reid, 34 of Brooklyn, Kervin Etienne, 36 of West Hempstead, Jean-Luc Theodore, 35 of Valley Stream, Sully Botello, 33 of Central Islip and John Beaubrun, 38 of West Hempstead has been identified and charged. They all pleaded not guilty. Police reported the drugs were delivered from Arizona to JFK and then distributed to Long Island and Queens. During the arrest, police recovered over $100,000 cash, guns, random equipment used, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW and drugs worth $200,000. Cumbo was arrested in May 8, 2017 for DWI in front of 7-Eleven at Jericho Turnpike and 250th Street. She has two children, aged 2 and 6. pic by NCPD.
