Bellerose home still with no buyer after changes

The corner home, 80-01 249 Street in Bellerose is listed with Maeequities Real Estate for $859,000.

Its a single family semi attached home that has been on the market for more than three years. In 2007, the building dept confirmed the home has no garage but use it as a cellar with a room only and no kitchen and bathroom. Although a violation was served for adding a bathroom but removed eventually.

On September 25, the building dept inspected the premise after complaint by neighbors of illegal conversion in the basement but found no violations except the wall changed to a front sliding door.
