Bayside teacher busted for sex abuse at PS 213

Police arrested Marc Scheibel, 48 of Oakland Gardens and charged with sex abuse of a child. The incident was reported on February 26 around 3pm when Scheibel was taken into custody from inside the class at PS 213, The Carl Ullman School. He was also charged with injury to a child under 17. Several students reported when they saw Scheibel allegedly forced another student's hand to his private part and recorded on their phones. He will be arraigned at the Kew Garden Criminal Court. He was teaching special education department and started working in the school from 2015. Reported the victim is a 9 year old autistic female student.
