Bad and sad news in Long Beach

Police are in Long Beach reporting multiple stabbings and overdoses. The multiple stabbing occurred at a location by West Broadway and Edwards Blvd overlooking the ocean. Three people are in custody. More police are at Long Beach Road inside the McDonald's parking lot after two people found unconscious inside a vehicle. EMS reported they are breathing but overdosed.

Two in custody for distribution.

Then police were called to the vicinity of the Lifeguard Headquarters by Long Beach Blvd reporting sexual assaults.

Shore Road and Neptune Boulevard is closed due to fire department activity after calls came in for suspicious gas leak. Firefighters are working on the scene.

This is in Nassau County by the beach.
