Bad accident on 164 Street

Police reported multiple vehicle accident with one flipped side way to another vehicle and struck at the trafffic light. This is on 164 Street and 73rd Avenue in Fresh Meadows. One drive tried to beat the light when the incident occurred. Multiple EMS are on the scene. ESU is also on the scene.
Update - Reported it was a van operating as passenger service involved in the accident that passed the red light hitting another vehicle. Police issued summonses to the driver.
