Backside extending to Little Neck Parkway is the responsibility of homeowners

According to Dept of Sanitation inspector who came by this morning to check the sidewalk on Little Neck Parkway stretching from 81st to 82nd Avenues on one side where garbage and weed are spreading around is actually home owner's responsibility
