BQE is a mess all over

Police closed off all lanes on the BQE in both directions due to a dump truck flipped. This is on the eastbound by Tillary Street in Brooklyn. Westbound is also closed for FDNY and EMS personnel to work on the scene. This will be a long delays for late afternoon commuters heading home from work due to leaking chemicals from the truck. Hazmat crew is heading to the scene.
