BQE and CIP was a mess

Brooklyn Queens Expressway westbound at the LIE was closed around 7:30am this morning due to a fully involved car fire.

Cross Island Parkway southbound was closed around 7:45am reporting a vehicle overturned.

Both routes are reporting delays.
