August 1 is the last day for vax lottery in NYC

The NYC mayor announced August 1 is the last day for all to participate in the vax lottery. After August 1, there won't be any giveaways for anyone taking the vaxs. So until then the mayor is telling everyone to take advantage. The NY governor has not changed the date for statewide.
