Attacked 3 year old victim

On Saturday November 30, 2024 at approximately 9:35 pm at 42 – 02 Queens Boulevard in the confines of the 108 percint in Queens , the above pictured perpetrator did throw hot coffee on a 3-year old victim causing an injury.
