Arrest in Freeport man was practicing as an unlicensed dentist

The Special Victims Squad reports on the arrest of a Freeport man on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 3:15 PM for Unauthorized Practice.

According to Detectives, defendant Jose L Rodriguez Delacruz, 53, of 152 E Milton Street was performing dental work at his place of business on a 2nd floor office located at 1 West Sunrise Highway, Freeport. After conducting an investigation, it was discovered he was practicing as an unlicensed dentist and was pace under arrest without incident.

Defendant Jose L Rodriguez Delacruz is charged with Unauthorized Practice and was arraigned on Friday, April 19, 2024 at First District Court, located at 99 Main Street, Hempstead.

Detectives request anyone who also feels they may have been a victim of the above listed defendant to call Special Victims Squad at 516-573-4022.
