Armed robbery at local store in Bellerose

Police reported after midnight of an armed robbery at the local 7-Eleven in Bellerose. This is on Jericho Turnpike and 250th Street.

Three suspects, males, black, with one displayed a weapon entered the store and removed items.

The workers tried to intervene but were not able to.

The suspects then took off on foot toward southbound Floral Park last seen on Plainfield Avenue.

EMS reported no injuries.

So far no arrests.

Ongoing investigation.
