Andy gave his farewell speech but did not submit the resignation letter yet

Tonight at 11:59pm, the current NY governor will no longer be in the office. The new governor, Kathy Hochul will take over at midnight. The swear-in ceremony will be live but not open to the press.

His best line during his farewell speech was, “Government has lost its competence.”

Now the biggest question all want to know is whether he will keep the license plate that shows 1 only on his prized possession.
