Amir update on the fund

After the article reported by Amir Khafagy on donations meant for the Bronx fire victims, the NYC Mayor's Office announced the entire donations will be returned from administration and will issue to the families that were involed. Also an additional $3 million taxpayers fund will be available for the families.
