Always follow rule number one inside the subways

Never fall asleep inside the NYC subways or public transportation of any kind.

The NYPD released surveillance pictures of a suspect wanted for assaulting a male victim inside the A train in Queens.

The incident was reported on May 14 around 8am. The victim was sleeping when the suspect started assaulting.

Then the suspect took off with the victim's personal belongings on foot toward Liberty Avenue.

EMS treated the victim on the scene.

So far no arrests.

Ongoing investigation.
