Alvista Towers completed for tenants in Jamaica

The newly built skyline, Alvista Towers at 147-36 94 Avenue in Jamaica is now open for tenancy. 380 units have been filled for affordable housing when application deadline was in January 2018.

It is the first building funded under HUD's Federal Financing Bank which has underwritten more than 20,000 affordable homes nationwide. There will be open houses with studios starting at $1,729.
