Almost 70 million and delayed in Flushing

The three new entrances to the subways from one of the busiest intersections of Roosevelt Avenue and Main Street which is expected to be ready by October 31 is slightly delayed due to more works to be completed.

Four new street to mezzanine stairs and four new mezzanine to platform stairs along with eight new staircases costing $61 million were started in June 2022.

A new date will be announced with fanfare and ribbon cutting for all to be in the media soon.
