All roads lead to San Jose

One crazy law in effect soon to follow that the rest of the state and NY governor is watching. Starting today, gun owners in San Jose, the heart of Silicon Valley in California will require legal gun owners registered with the state to compensate tax payers for gun violence in the city. This is more like law abiding taxpayers gun owners in San Jose will be responsible for gun crimes. This solution came after high gun violence in the city and it doesn't count illegal gun owners. For San Francisco, anything stolen less than $1,000 will not be charged from retail outlets. This resulted in 17 Walgreens to close leaving people with no pharmacies nearby their locations. For Oakland, 65 homicides for this year, the highest and their city council is focused more on public resources than the police. One of the budget cuts was involving response time to curb the inner city from having issues with police bullying despite violence continuing to escalate. As for the current governor, "California Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber, Ph.D. has notified Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis that she has certified the petition to recall Governor Gavin Newsom. Of the 2,161,349 signatures submitted, 1,719,900 have been determined to be valid."
