All lanes closed on the BQE northbound

Brooklyn Queens Expressway northbound by Belt Parkway, all lanes closed due to a fuel spill from tractor trailer. Hazmat crew is working on the scene. There is fire on the truck. FDNY is also on the scene working. Heavy delays all around.
