All lanes closed on SSP westbound

Southern State Parkway westbound at Exit 18 in West Hempstead, all lanes closed due to a box truck struck under the overpass. The incident caused two other vehicles crash. EMS is on the scene. All lanes closed. Reported this is the same underpass where a bus carrying students returning from Europe trip heading home from JFK that struck causing injuries.
