A pedestrian struck by vehicle died in Bethpage

Police reported on Saturday, October 9 around 5pm, a pedestrian was struck by two vehicles in Bethpage. The dead victim has been identified as Swinderpal Kaur, 66 of Farmingdale. Reported the victim was struck twice by two separate vehicles. It happened on Hempstead Turnpike south near Emerson Avenue. Both drivers remained on the scene and cooperating with the police. The investigation is ongoing.
