A new phone app is making a wave in NYC for ticket violations

An app WinIt, that will fight for the parking tickets on our behalf has become popular in NYC.The app would get 50% of the fine if any ticket is dropped and if it is not dropped, civilians doesn't have to pay nothing to the app.
