A new bill under process for expansion of LI Motor Parkway

The NY State Assembly introduced a new bill, Bill A5103 which will conduct a feasibility to expand Long Island Motor Parkway from Queens to Nassau. The route ends by Winchester Blvd where often bike rides are continued on Union Turnpike which has no assigned bike lanes. The connection will continue to Queens Farm on Little Neck Parkway if the proposal is worth it. If passed by Assembly, then the same in the Senate before the Governor signs to become law. pic by Safe NY.
