A middle aged man from Richmond Hill wins half million dollars verdict

Kevin Jarman, 50 was arrested for shoplifting in Pathmark located in Richmond Hill back in May 2011. After his theft case is over, he filed a lawsuit against the city and NYPD for damages caused to his foot during the arrest.
