A long morning to afternoon with flipped vehicles in the area

Around 5am, Cross Island Parkway northbound at Hempstead Avenue reported overturned vehicle. Around 8am, Union Turnpike by Austin Street in Forest Hills reported flipped vehicle. Around 9am, Northern State Parkway westboud by the LIE reported overturned vehicle. By 11am, Southern State Parkway westbound at Central Avenue reported a flipped vehicle upside down. There were traffic delays.
