On June 2012, Tiquan Savary, 28, the leader of a credit card skimming ring had avoided prison term after his conviction in the $163,000 scam in Norfolk, Virginia. He had not turned in after the judge gave him two months to settle his affairs before coming to spend 7 years in federal prison.
