A Garden City man avoided jail for tax fraud while operating a body shop in New Hyde Park

On Monday, April 26 during a court appearance for having failed to remit sales tax receipts at the auto body shop, New Hyde Park Auto Body Works 801 Second Avenue has landed Gerald Losquadro, 62 from Garden City in paying $27,000 in restitution charges for evading his jail term.
