7 people in serious condition with one dead in downtown Manhattan

Police reported a vehicle rammed and hit 8 people, 7 people are in serious condition and 1 dead on the scene.

This is on Canal Street and Allen Street in downtown Manhattan.

Heavy delays including traffic to Queens from all 3 bridges.
