31 more tested positive for coronavirus in NY and first death in NJ

Governor Cuomo reported an additional 31 people confirmed for coronavirus in NY. The number as of today afternoon is 173. Westchester at 108, NYC at 36, Nassau County at 19, Rockland at 6, Saratoga at 2, Suffolk County at 1 and Ulster County at 1. NJ Governor Murphy reported the first death in the tri state. The victim is a man in his 60's living in Bergen County, New Jersey. A 75 year old male tested for positive in Queens is in critical condition. The mayor won't disclose his location and other info. Cuomo also reported emergency measures in New Rochelle where they will be a containment zone. National Guard troops are being deployed to help with the containment in New Rochelle.
