Mayor de Blasio reported his donor standing as of August 2 is $7,000, a far cry from the required $130,000 for the third debate. Along with donor mandatory, he needs 2% in all 4 polls nationwide such as Economist/YouGov, Quinnipac, etc. Joe Biden leads the polls over the rest by 8%. Although, de Blasio refused to concede, he will continue to campaign without debates.
