15 year old struck by hit and run incident in St Albans

Police are in front of 114-18 175 Street reporting a 15 year old was struck by vehicle with three people inside. Reported the three people inside, all teens took off on foot and ran away into yards of homes in the vicinity. Ongoing investigation.
